I’m Sara, a creative, engineer, and businesswoman based in Ibiza. I started as an Engineer in Renault and produce Music Festivals now.
I’ve worked more jobs than you might imagine, always driven by the search for my true passion rather than money.
A car accident on my way to an electronic music festival in Australia became an unexpected turning point in my life, leading me to discover my passion for electronic music. Since then, I’ve been involved in producing some of the biggest festivals around the world, working alongside leading DJs.
I believe that when you do what you love and master what truly matters to you, money follows naturally. And people feel drawn to being part of it.
I met Lupillo at an event I was organizing in Australia and we became good friends. When he told me about MBAdventure I had no hesitation to join and work alongside him.

I'm Pablo, a Texan who speaks English, Spanish, and French. Over the past few years, I've organized events for Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and led group events in Chihuahua, Mexico City and Paris. After enough bus rides and street tacos, I've realized people usually connect more in the in-between moments than during the actual itinerary. I’m mostly here to help make those moments happen.

I’m Lupillo. I’ve lived in eight countries, speak four languages, and I’m currently pursuing my MBA at HEC Paris.
Despite living just forty minutes from INSEAD, I’ve gone almost my whole MBA without meeting a single person who studies there. Asking around, I realized most people had a similar experience.
Two of the world’s leading MBAs, practically next door to each other, yet their students rarely crossed paths.

Your room
5 nights at Golden Beach Resort Hurghada (4★, beachfront), private single room with balcony.
All inclusive
Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily; alcoholic beverages (local beer, vodka, brandy and tequila) available from 10:00am–01:00am.

Private group transfers both ways between Hurghada airport and the resort.
